How To Remove Grease Stains From Suede Shoes At Home

Suede shoes…every woman loves them. Are so smooth, elegant…just perfect to wear. But, at the same time they very demanding. The stain very quickly and they need special care, otherwise you won’t be wear them anymore, because it will be ruined.

As a woman, I love shoes, in every shape they come, but suede shoes are my favorites! A few years ago I bought this beautiful electric blue suede shoes, and still are my “masterpiece”! Caring for them is not easy, especially when I went to this wedding and I stained my shoe with grease. Accidents may happen! But I never thought that it will difficult to remove the stain. Of course, difficult until I found this natural care tip that helped to save my favorite pair of suede heels.

It is true that grease stains are hard to clean, and the one that got old, it’s basically impossible, but not anymore.

You need:

– vinegar
– eraser

Just soak a piece of cloth in vinegar and dab gently the stained area, and then let it dry. After drying, some fine traces will remain on the shoes, but the eraser to wipe them. Blow the eraser remaining on your shoes, and the stain is gone!

If the grease stains are older, try using dish detergent to remove the stain. Let the shoe dry and use the same eraser procedure. Sometimes it works, but sometimes, it doesn’t. Although, the grease stain won’t be so visible anymore.
